They are looking for a self-motivated dynamic Office / Accounts Person to join their team in Orange in this permanent position.
Your next opportunity:
We are actively seeking an Office / Admin to join our Client's Manufacturing and Plumbing business.
As a member of their Orange team, you will be responsible for assisting in successful and efficient office administration, processing of orders, accounts, and production coordination.
Your day will involve:
Working with manufacturing staff, sales staff, management, and customers to ensure effective business communication.
Ensuring sales orders and stock are effectively processed and distributed to multiple sites on designated timeframes.
Generating invoicing.
Following up on accounts.
Handling telephone enquiries.
Processing purchase orders.
Managing logistical functions.
Entering tasks within an established system.
Recordkeeping.
What are we looking for?
Effectively reporting on daily office processing sales, sales orders, manufacturing, and logistical timeframes.
Existing accounts and office experience.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong office admin skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systems.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
Assisting with coordinating daily operations of the office.
Friendly disposition.
Knowledge of accounting and business practices, with familiarity with MYOB Exo or similar accounts systems being an advantage.
Good people skills.
