About the role We're looking for an organised and efficient Office Admin to join our team at Splashdown Qld PTY LTD in Molendinar QLD 4214 .
This is a casual role that will see you providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing Providing a wide range of administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing office supplies Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professionalism and care Greeting visitors and clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanour Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed Placing orders, on and off hires on our inhouse software Update drivers runs via routing software What we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Xero accounting experience desirable but not essential A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation The ability to work seamlessly in a team environment What we offer At Splashdown Qld PTY LTD , we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive.
