Join a well established business with a cohesive team providing Certification Services all over Greater Sydney for over two decades.
Located on Sydney's Northern Beaches, they have extensive experience in relation to Multi-Residential, Education, Industrial/Warehouse, Commercial, Motels/Hotels and Hospital/Health Care and Infrastructure sectors.
They pride themselves on providing a high level of quality service and are successful in maintaining long standing industry relationships.

You will thrive on the variety of the role, from taking the initial enquiry, preparing quotes and fee proposals, booking inspections, printing plans, uploading and scanning documents, document management and filing, database management, managing and following up tasks for completion, issuing invoices and reconciling accounts.
The role will work closely with the director and the upto 7 certifiers, external partners and clients to ensure efficiency throughout, ensuring a high level of customer service.

You are calm, positive and results driven, you enjoy an autonomous role and have a proactive approach.
Bring your strong communication skills, proven attention to detail and organisational skills, where multi-tasking is where you really showcase your skills.
You have strong computer skills and ideally have experience in Xero but not essential.
This is initially a 12 month contract with an opportunity for permanency.
