Job Description Your new employer:
West Recruitment is excited to be partnering with an established and respected Engineering Consultancy firm based in the heart of Parramatta.
Join a small team in the modern corporate office.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in running the office and contributing to the team.

Answering phone calls & monitoring the office email account Liasing with clients and engineers Issuing invoices/daily bank reconciliations Processing weekly payroll Data entry and general admin duties Ordering office supplies Reception duties where required
About You!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing a busy switchboard with professional phone manner MYOB (or similar) knowledge Experience in bookkeeping Experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable/payroll processing MS Suite knowledge, especially MS Excel
