Join a small team in the modern corporate office.Your new role:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in running the office and contributing to the team.Answering phone calls & monitoring the office email accountLiasing with clients and engineersIssuing invoices/daily bank reconciliationsProcessing weekly payrollData entry and general admin dutiesOrdering office suppliesReception duties where requiredAbout You!Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing a busy switchboard with professional phone mannerMYOB (or similar) knowledgeExperience in bookkeepingExperience in accounts receivable/accounts payable/payroll processingMS Suite knowledge, especially MS ExcelWhat's in it for you?This is a great opportunity to join an organization with a supportive team.
