An exceptional opportunity awaits you in the heart of Sydney as the Offer Marketing Manager for Variable Frequency Drives .
You will take on a central role in driving our business forward.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee, refine, and execute innovative marketing strategies for the variable frequency drives business including engineered/system drives.
Your goal is to ensure the profitable expansion of this portfolio, closely aligned with our overarching business objectives and sales.
You'll hold a key role in nurturing business growth by innovating product offer, analysing the market, pricing strategies, and competitor insights, while also collaboratively supporting commercial teams.
Your main responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide market and business leadership for the variable speed drives and system drives offers, including developing and executing on your marketing plan to support customer engagement and efficiency Monitor portfolio performance – financial targets, logistics, pricing and general performance Develop and manage strategies to stimulate growth of the business in terms of offer, sales, margins and delta price Confirm or reformulate existing go to market strategies & identify new market segments, channels and/or business models Demonstrate agility to cater for changes to strategies and the market dynamics, delivering high level of customer satisfaction and effectively contributing and shared accountability in securing orders Provide support to the sales team (particularly in the "post launch" stage of new product Feed relevant information into stocking policies and manage end-of-life activities Create awareness and excitement for your portfolio through marketing activities including events and direct customer engagement About you: You're fuelled by self-motivation and a relentless drive for excellence.
You've a strategic mindset and are a creative thinker with a strong analytical and commercial acumen.
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills: Engineering (electrical/mechatronics) / business tertiary qualification, in line with portfolio requirements Demonstrated five (or more) years' experience with Product/Offer management Demonstrated experience with variable frequency drives/variable speed drives including experience with the medium voltage engineered drives market General knowledge of the industrial automation market Your communication skills are finely tuned, complemented by your exceptional organization and customer service skills #SEGreatPeople #LifeIsOn #LI-SF2 All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
