About the Role Brisbane Catholic Education are looking for an OD, People, and Analytics Change Lead. This critical role will drive change management within the People and Culture function, leveraging people data to inform strategic workforce decisions. The successful candidate will oversee the alignment, implementation, and integration of the People and Culture strategy, delivering organisation-wide, fit-for-purpose workforce initiatives that support the organisation's strategic goals.
About You To excel in this role, you will bring postgraduate qualifications or tertiary credentials in Project Management, Change Management, HR, or Business. Relevant experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills are essential to ensure strategies align with business needs. You will thrive in a hands-on environment, demonstrating initiative and drive to optimise team performance. Experience as a Change Lead, particularly with a focus on analytics, will be highly valued.
