Due to an exciting period of change, they have a requirement for an experienced Organisation Development Manager.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisation Development Manager, the Organisation Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the structure, culture, and effectiveness of the business. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, change management expertise, and interpersonal skills to drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, improve performance, and support the business goals. This role collaborates closely with leadership, Strategic Business Partners, and other stakeholders in designing workforce plans. The role also forecasts staffing needs, develops workforce strategies, and implements solutions to ensure the organisation meets its current and future workforce requirements efficiently. This role involves diagnosing organisational issues, designing and implementing development programs, and initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting a positive work environment and sustainable growth.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organisation development, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. You will have a strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in organisational development. You will also be proficient in using talent management systems and organisational assessment and diagnostic tools.
