OCVO VISIONS is currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Office Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who can provide support for the daily operations of the company and who has excellent organizational skills. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all administrative tasks across various departments. Requirements : Strong communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Excellent organizational and time management skills.1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail.Job Responsibilities : Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure a clean and orderly office environment.Assist in managing files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.Answer phone calls, manage emails, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs and supplies.Provide administrative support to other departments to ensure smooth operations.As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with each department to create and deploy disruptive products.
