OCM ServiceNow Consultant - Contract - Perth Urgentrequirement of  OCM ServiceNow Consultant - Contract - Perth Requirements Develop communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions and engagement activities.
Work closely with project teams to integrate OCM activities into project plans and timelines.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively manage change within their teams.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of OCM activities, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful change adoption.
Collaborate with HR, training, and other functional areas to ensure alignment and integration of OCM activities with broader organizational initiatives. Duration: 03 Months Part Time andpossible extension
