Ocean Import Coordinator

Description:
Our client is looking for a fully experienced Import Ocean Operator to handle several key accounts. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Imports from origin through to delivery, ensuring that KPI''s are met at all stages.
This is a key role which involve a high level of client contact.
• Strong Ocean import knowledge.
• Complete customs entries.
• Arrange collections from suppliers and monitor to arrival port/customer door (depending on terms).
• Complete all functions of the shipment process as instructed by customers and management.
• Reply to all customer requests immediately and in accordance with our Minimum Service Standards and the Noatum Way.
• Provide world class customer service and follow our service standards and communications guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
(You'll be given full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external)
• Understand Minimum Service Standards.
• Flexibility at times may be required to do extra during holidays.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary 32k - 35K subject to experience
