Paediatric Allied Health Therapist (Occupational Therapy, Speech and Feeding Therapy) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapy Department Manager to lead a dynamic team in Brisbane. As part of a global network of paediatric therapy clinics, they specialise in delivering high-quality therapy services to children with complex disabilities and developmental delays. The clinic in Brisbane is a key part of their growing presence in Australia, and we are looking for a motivated individual to oversee the clinical operations and management of our Occupational Therapy services.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Therapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Team Supervision & Development : Lead, mentor, and support a team of Occupational Therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Provide guidance and supervision, including regular clinical and administrative support. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance : Ensure that therapy services are delivered effectively and in alignment with clinic protocols and best practices. Monitor caseloads, track client progress, and ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Training & Development : Promote continuous professional development within the team. Provide leadership in training and upskilling therapists, including new recruits and junior staff. Facilitate access to specialized training and professional growth opportunities. Collaboration : Work closely with other department managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and holistic care for clients. Client & Family Engagement : Ensure that the therapy team is providing individualized care that is tailored to meet the needs of each child and family. Foster strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure the best outcomes. Operational Oversight : Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet the needs of the department and clinic. Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and other regulatory standards. Essential Criteria: Qualifications : Fully qualified and registered Occupational Therapist with a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent). Experience : A minimum of 5 years' experience in paediatric Occupational Therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Paediatric Expertise : Strong experience in paediatric therapy, particularly working with children with complex disabilities and developmental delays. Leadership & Management Skills : Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in mentoring and developing junior therapists. Commitment to Professional Development : A passion for continuous learning and professional growth. Willingness to support and implement specialized training programs for your team. NDIS Experience : Experience working with NDIS clients or knowledge of the NDIS framework is highly desirable.
