As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver clinic-based services with the potential to expand into home-based therapy in the future.

Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with a supportive team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff. Experience a varied caseload including neurological, orthopedic, and hand therapy (on site training available). Assess clients' functional abilities and design personalised therapy plans to enhance their independence and quality of life. Provide education and training to clients and their support networks on strategies to maintain or improve daily living skills. Conduct home assessments if required and prescribe minor modifications and equipment. Customise services that are individualised and strength-based. Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other service providers to develop, implement, and review therapy needs, intervention plans, and strategies. Prepare and complete required reports in a timely manner. Enjoy top-tier facilities, including an on-site commercial-level gym, fully equipped Pilates studio, rehab gym areas, and private consult rooms. About you.. Essential Criteria: Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA. Tertiary level qualifications in Occupational Therapy. Experience working with clients with neurological, and or orthopaedic conditions or in hand therapy is desirable but not essential. Demonstrated evidence of relevant professional development and commitment to evidence based practice. Demonstrated ability to provide Occupational Therapy services to clients to maximise function, performance of activities of daily living and participation in meaningful activities. Ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills including problem solving and negotiation skills. Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain). NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain). What we offer...
