We are looking for Occupational Therapists who love what they do and want to make a real difference in the work they do. Reporting to the OT Team Leader, this opportunity will see you work autonomously on your own caseload within the NDIS and Homecare Packages.

You will deliver services to our clients in the community with the support of clinical leads and team leaders. Working as part of a wider team of Occupational Therapists, you will be in an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement and be surrounded with a culture of positive engagement within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:Provide home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDISArrange appropriate home modifications and equipmentDevelop therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines, independence in personal care skills, domestic skills, community skills and sensory requirementsWork within a multidisciplinary team to provide support for clients and refer to appropriate services as required.Review therapy programs to follow up on the progress of your clients and the results they have achieved.Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reportsOur Story
