The Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of caseloads including Medical, Surgical, Palliative Care, Oncology, Paediatrics, Rehabilitation, Community Rehabilitation, and Pain Management Service delivering base level of Occupational Therapy clinical services within a specific work unit. Occupational Therapists work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The role is required to provide effective and efficient Occupational Therapy interventions for patients in accordance with the goals, policies, and requirements of the Occupational Therapy service within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS). Role Requirements: The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy, and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty. Roster: This position is required to work on weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis through the Department's Weekend Service. Generous Remuneration Package: Value up to $132,567 p.a. comprising:
Salary rates between $3030.00 - $4453.50 p.f.
