They have a regional office in Byron Bay but also operate highly flexibly if you prefer WFH when not seeing clients.Typical responsibilities include:Completing assessment (functional, workplace, ADL, ergonomic etc)Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionalsMaking referrals to other health professionals as neededCase management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)This role will suit an OT who has Occupational Rehab / Workplace Injury Management experience and is looking for a company who will provide them with great support and career development opportunities.
Offshore sponsorship cannot be provided for this role; however, if you are currently in Australia on a VISA and looking to switch employers, this may be an option.
Given the nature of this specific role, only OT candidates can be considered.Salaries range from $90,000- $105,000 + super + bonus based on experience.
