This role is based around the South Metro - Rockingham/Mandurah and surrounding suburbs and is open to part time hours with flexible working days.
Provide high quality, evidence based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding. These services aim to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.

About you: Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency Post graduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including the community setting Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients living in the community Knowledge of wellness, re-ablement and restorative care approaches Demonstrated ability to work in a team, and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated computer literacy Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain Valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance About us: BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
