We provide therapy where it is most needed, including home, education and community-based settings.Occupational Therapist role at NeuroJuniorYou will be working with children, young people and their families in various settings including at our dedicated NeuroJunior clinics, home, school, and in the community. You will also be supporting the community around the child. The role is challenging and rewarding, ideal for those looking to make a difference to these children and young persons.NeuroJunior Occupational Therapy works as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will provide assessment and therapy services to children and young people with developmental and acquired neurological conditions and disabilities such as developmental delay, autism, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disability. You will be able to shape your caseload around the age range of 0-18 years, depending on your interests and experience across the life stages.We are a Child Safe organisation and adhere to Victorian Child Safe regulations.Support & PathwaysAt NeuroJunior, we are committed to your career growth and have leadership workshops and a range of professional development in place to build and further your capacity to lead a successful team. You have access to the OT clinical manager, and team leaders who have experience working in Neurodisability.Home ClinicThe NeuroJunior Occupational Therapy role will be based within our Western team (either across Deer Park, Werribee, or Melton catchment). We have NeuroJunior clinics opened in Deer Park and Werribee, and you will also have access to our NeuroRehab clinics.What can we offer you?At NeuroJunior we have created a great team member support package:A flexible work environment with work-from-home options available, telehealth services, 4-day compressed work weeks, or 9-day fortnights.A competitive salary package of $80k-110k+ PLUS superannuation, company car, fuel card, laptop and phone.
