Manage and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists.
Earn the trust of external stakeholders and promote the organisation's services to increase client numbers.
Deliver and review services to ensure client needs are met.
Contribute to policy and procedure review to achieve best practice and continuous improvement.
Manage a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualised care plans to empower clients.
Specialise in areas of interest and lead passion projects.
