Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated graduate Occupational Therapist, eager to help individuals lead happy and fulfilling lives.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct diverse assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients with various diagnoses and health conditions.
Gain exposure to different funding schemes, such as Home Care Packages and the NDIS.
Support clients in achieving their goals through community-based, one-on-one home visits. Referrals are carefully managed to gradually build your foundational skills, offering support in capacity building, equipment prescription, report writing, home modifications, neurology, mental health, pediatrics, and more.
Advocate for healthy living and promote positive behavior change to foster equal opportunities and client support.
