Occupational Therapist | New Graduate ProgramThis company has a focus on giving their clinicians the autonomy to structure their day how they want! Working with clients from their clinic in Bacchus Marsh and the local community, they give their Occupational Therapists the trust and ability to schedule client appointments when and where they choose to.
Join a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists that collaborate to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Feel supported in your role through receiving weekly supervision from experienced internal and external clinical supervisors.
Permanent position with full time and part time options!
Your role will be made up of: Varied Mixed ages, Adult or Paediatric caseload as well as the option for equipment prescription referrals if desiredWorking with clients from their Bacchus Marsh clinic or within the community in BallaratParticipate in discipline specific and cross discipline therapy groupsProvide therapy services to clients from their Bacchus Marsh clinic or at their homes and schools in the local areaOption to travel to see clients around the Ballarat or Western Melbourne areas based on your locationSee 4 clients on average per day after inductionManage your own schedule and see clients at times you chooseThe Support: Discipline specific internal supervisorsOpportunity for external supervisors if you are looking to specialise in a specific clinical areaReceive weekly - fortnightly supervision based on your experience levelWeekly cross discipline professional developmentTight knit team that ensures their therapists don't feel isolatedWhy this role: Salary of $83K - $120K + super (depending on experience)Unlimited flexibility in your day choose your working hours and days and see clients at the hours you choose!Need a day off?
