About the role
This is a rotational role working across a varying caseload at the Mental Health Hospital at Bloomfield Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (MHDA).
The Occupational Therapy department at Bloomfield Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol Service consists of a friendly and dynamic team which includes 5 Senior Clinicians, 4 Junior Clinicians, a large number of Allied Health Assistants, Diversional Therapists, and an Education Advisor.
We work as part of a large multidisciplinary team that is committed to providing all consumers with holistic, evidence-based care that focuses on patient safety and engagement.
We have a strong focus on supervision and CPD, with regular team meetings and training opportunities provided.
We are committed to growing our own leaders within our team with opportunities to move into senior roles with support and encouragement when therapists are ready.
