Essential Requirements Qualification: Appropriate professional qualification in Occupational Therapy with current full registration under APHRA as a practising Occupational Therapist within NSW. Registration: APHRA as a practicing Occupational Therapist. License: Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia Selection Criteria Experience working in mental health. Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating therapeutic groups. Ability to be self-motivated, operate autonomously and also co-operatively within the team. Experience in providing a range of Occupational therapy based assessments and documenting these in clear professional and practical reports. .Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team cooperatively to establish clear care plans in a recovery oriented model. Good oral and written communication skills for clinical documentation and advocacy as an Occupational Therapist. Utilisation of a person centred approach in working with consumers and carers to maximise holistic and recovery oriented outcomes.
