The Opportunity As a mobile Allied Health clinician – Occupational Therapist , you will be providing care to Australian's wherever they call home, this could be working across a mix of community care and residential aged care.
This is a great opportunity for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional with the support of our senior clinicians.
You will support clients via:
Community : Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home Our clinicians will have the opportunity to help us to shape and implement our Rehab in the home program and Hospital in the Homeprograms. Residential Aged Care: Complete assessments, including initials, reviews, post hospitalisation and falls. Develop, implement, and manage programs Design and facilitate group programs Complete individual sessions with residents This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA registered or Limited Registered (remote level) clinician. Ideally (but not essential) you will have a minimum 1 years' experience in a community or Aged Care setting. As a mobile Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist you will need to be comfortable travelling to our clients located in Launceston/Devonport and as such provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).
