We specialise in everything from ADL training (Activities of Daily Living) to home modifications and cognitive rehabilitation .
What You'll Be Doing: Telehealth-Based Therapy : Using your expertise to deliver virtual assessments and interventions, focusing on ADLs, IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), and cognitive function from the comfort of our clients' homes. Some In-Home Visits : Providing hands-on support for clients who benefit from in-person evaluations and direct intervention, including home safety assessments, adaptive equipment training, and more. Functional Independence : Developing personalized care plans that improve mobility, self-care, and overall independence in older adults living with conditions like dementia, stroke, arthritis , and other age-related challenges. Client & Caregiver Education : Empowering families and caregivers with training and strategies to support the client's goals, helping them thrive in daily routines. Evidence-Based Practice : Utilizing cutting-edge, research-backed interventions to enhance functional outcomes, support aging in place, and improve overall well-being. Your Toolbox: Strong clinical reasoning and ability to assess and address complex medical conditions Expertise in home safety modifications , assistive technology , and cognitive retraining Passion for geriatric care , with a focus on both mental and physical health Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills for remote and in-person sessions What We're Looking For: A qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
