As a Southern Cross Care (WA) OT, you will have a passion for working in partnership with older people and for developing and delivering person-centred therapeutic programs.
The allied health team at Southern Cross Care is growing and you will be supported by a Manager and Senior Therapists across the organisation.
We'll also be asking you to:
Deliver high quality OT services to our clients and residents
Lead assistant staff to deliver activity and therapy programs
Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
Contribute to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
Comply with Allied Health and Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and safe work practices
About you:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist. You will also need a strong commitment to person-centred care and be able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives.
