Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical)Occupational Therapist - Community-based, Rockingham areaTalent Quarter are delighted to be supporting our long-standing client to recruit for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their Rockingham team on a permanent basis.You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team within an NDIS provider whose vision is to support, promote and uphold the care needs of their clients at all times to support meaningful and valuable services to the community.As a not-for-profit organisation, they recognise and treat people with disabilities with deep respect, dignity, and as equal citizens.What are the benefits of working with this company?Competitive pay between $46 - $60 per hour - between $90k and $120kFull salary packaging available - $15,900 + $2,650 (entertainment and food)Working with a multi-disciplinary teamSupportive management and senior leadership97c per km for ALL travel coveredThe roleAs the Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with NDIS participants with various disabilities within the scheme, other allied health professionals and support workers to deliver quality, person-centred, and customer focused outcomes in an efficient and safe working environment.The duties and responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist will include, but not be limited to:Provide assessment, intervention and evaluation for NDIS participantsProvide occupational therapy clinical practice in direct care delivery through application of evidence-based practice and policyEducate, support and liaise with participants, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, allied health professionals to provide multi-disciplinary careEnsure all documentation is appropriately updated to the clinical standard required by AHPRA and the NDISAdhere to code of ethics and practicesParticipate in review meetings and case conferences as appropriateAbout youTo be considered for the role, you will be a qualified Occupational Therapist who has a drive to provide therapy services to your clients in a community-based NDIS setting.In addition, you will also have:Current and full general registration with AHPRAExcellent time management and organisational skillsCurrent WA Working with Children Check and NDIS worker checkCurrent driving licenceFull Australian working rightsIf you feel you have the relevant experience for the role of Occupational Therapist, then please submit your most recent resume outlining your relevant experience for immediate consideration.Alternatively, contact our dedicated Allied Health consultant for Talent Quarter via the below:Lorraine Morrison:Email: ******: 08 6255 6530 / 0485 858 873
