Our Client: Our client takes a holistic approach to therapy, providing an individualised support service where clients live, work, and play. Their passionate multidisciplinary team is rapidly growing and expanding across Western Victoria to help support more individuals work towards and achieve their goals.About the Role:We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a new community role in Warnambool! In this role, you will work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and effective therapeutic interventions that focus on building functional capacity. You will also enjoy developing therapy plans with the goal of improving life satisfaction, function, and better social/community participation.Work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn, and play, including their homes, workplaces, or schools, as well as out in the broader community. You will see clients aged from 2-65 years, all under the NDIS. You will have the opportunity to tailor the caseload to suit your clinical interests and expertise.Benefits:$85K - $105K (depending on experience) + super + 5 weeks annual leave2 weeks of study/CPD leave per year, plus a $2,500 budget for study/CPDFlexible work arrangements (currently, all our full-time OTs either work 8 or 9-day fortnights)About You:Tertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyAHPRA registrationA passion for assisting clients to reach their full potentialA high level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong documentation skillsExceptional time management skillsA learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perceptionEnthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill set, and careerCurrent driver's licence and registered vehicleNDIS Worker CheckEligible to work permanently in AustraliaAbout Us:MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
