About Scope Scope's purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.
About The Role We are a passionate, cohesive team of allied health professionals who provide therapy to customers with disability across Victoria. We provide person-centred interventions for people with a wide range of diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, and Intellectual Disability.
We have a vacancy for a person-centred and caring OT with an interest in equipment provision and capacity building. This is not primarily an NDIS position. You will be working primarily with adults and children of school age. This position offers both a varied caseload and the opportunity to specialise in your preferred areas.
This role is based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. You will:
Support schools to deliver inclusive education to children with disability. Provide equipment and therapy supports for older adults with complex disability. Opportunities exist to develop this caseload further, and work with young children and families and/or NDIS participants in clinic and in the community.
This position would suit an OT with a passion for inclusion and assistive technology. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with families, schools and service providers. You will have the opportunity to build inclusive communities for people of all ages.

About You You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen. You are an experienced clinician and have relevant experience in disability and/or community services. You are committed to family and person-centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment. You are registered with AHPRA. You have the relevant experience as outlined in the Position Description. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:
Current Driver's License and your own vehicle. Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee). Registered with AHPRA. NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance. COVID-19 digital certificate.
