What your day will look like:
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, your day will be dynamic and impactful. You will deliver high-quality clinical services to mental health consumers in Toowoomba, working closely with clients through open and honest communication to build effective partnerships. Your role will involve providing exceptional care while also contributing to continuous quality and service improvement. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to guide and support students and less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development while enhancing the overall team's capabilities.
