About the Role We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
You will leverage your skills & experience to provide supervision to other Occupational Therapists, supporting them with clinical reasoning and recommendations to provide optimal outcomes for their clients. As a Senior Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

Assistive Technology
Paediatrics

Who will you be working closely with? Meet your Team Leaders Erin & Madison! Erin has been an Occupational Therapist at N360 for 2.5 years and her passion is working in an adult caseload specialising in mental health, housing and assistive technology. Madison has also been working with N360 for 2 years with a paediatric background and now working across the lifespan.
About You We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
2+ years experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a public or private setting
AHPRA Registration (un-restricted)
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
