UniOasis Therapy is a NDIS registered Allied Health practice with one primary focus; to empower individuals of all ages to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. Our multidisciplinary team provides services to support a variety of disabilities and impairments to clients in clinical and community settings throughout the south-western suburbs of Sydney, and we're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our highly experienced team in January 2025.
The Role In this full-time role, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and deliver individual treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, emotional and social concerns. Provide evidence-based interventions to clients and ensure treatment goals are met. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team to provide holistic and comprehensive care to our clients. Continuously evaluate and modify treatment plans to ensure client progress and overall success. Complete reports and maintain client records and plans.
