Includes novated lease.An Employee Assistance Program, which is always a good benefit to have.Attractive reimbursement for transport allowance.Fulfillment, meaning and personal satisfaction with the knowledge that you are making a positive difference in society.Ongoing training and personal development to hone your leadership skills.Key Responsibilities Assessing the Occupational Therapy needs of NDIS Participants of all ages.Delivering evidence-based Occupational Therapy intervention across a range of service areas.Participating in ongoing professional development and work collaboratively with the Therapy Circles Team.Implement person-centered planning practices and enhance the skills and knowledge of families and those who support and care for persons with disability.Provide Discipline specific Reports as per NDIS requirements.Identify opportunities and participate in quality improvement activities in consultation with other staff members of Therapy Circles.Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.Current AHPRA membership.Experience working with people with a disability and community setting.Willingness to travel around the Perth metropolitan area (although we are focused on the central and northern suburbs) and work with all age groups as required.Prefer Paediatric and/or Mental Health specialist or experience.Speaking more than one language is a bonus, but not a requirement unless for a specific participant.High level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong written and computer skills for the creation of plans, programs, reports, correspondence, and other documents.Understanding and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.Application Process At this point, we respectfully ask that only candidates apply directly.
