As they continue to grow, they are looking for additional Community OTs in Melbourne, where you'll be allocated a caseload in your catchment area with flexibility to work across community, in one of their several metro offices and from home.
Being one of the market leaders, there is also flexibility around caseload specialisations with full support to help grow your areas of interest.
Key areas of the role are:
Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans Participating in individual and group-wide professional development initiatives There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career, with a service model that provides you the scope to take on Senior duties if you're more experienced, or receive all the mentoring you need if you're early career.
The successful candidate will have:
Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights Ideally 6-12 + months post-graduate experience Strong passion for working with NDIS participants Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$90k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work-life balance, plus your choice of full-time or part-time.
