Beautiful Minds Therapy Support is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Mackay, Queensland.
This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to our diverse client base, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Potential for a hybrid role of fly in fly out servicing Mackay and Surrounds and other areas of QLD.
What you'll be doing Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalised treatment plansImplementing evidence-based interventions to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioningCollaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective careDocumenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with professional standardsParticipating in team meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve service deliveryContributing to the overall growth and development of the Beautiful Minds Therapy Support practiceWhat we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a community-based or rehabilitation settingStrong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to professional development and the provision of high-quality, evidence-based careWhat we offer At Beautiful Minds Therapy Support, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
