Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping individuals manage a range of health challenges, possess strong time management skills , and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while being a key part of a collaborative team.
The role offers an opportunity to engage with a multidisciplinary team , including professionals in psychology, physiotherapy, dietetics, and occupational therapy. Services will be delivered in multiple settings such as office-based sessions, home visits, day programs, and our gym space .
