We know that having motivated and supported clinicians results in the best outcomes for our participants and are dedicated to creating a flexible and friendly environment that supports long term career development.We are open to discussions with OT's with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.Your day will include:Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely mannerAssessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProviding therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeProviding support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilitiesRecommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independenceMaintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceWhat's in it for you?As you support many, we support you.
