The Role: Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, offer interventions, and collaborate with families, educators, professionals, and support staff.
This full-time position provides flexibility in working arrangements for the suitable candidate, within a supportive and engaging work environment.
Duties:
Assist children and adolescents (and their families) with disabilities or developmental delays to achieve increased functional independence and social participation.
Provide interventions, including assessments, recommendations, and therapy/training.
Collaborate with the team to achieve optimal outcomes for participants and their individual goals.
Requirements:
Full and current AHPRA registration.
Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
Ability to establish rapport with clients and families to ensure enjoyable and engaging therapy sessions.
Dedication to professional development.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
