The Role Deliver client-centred, goal-oriented therapy in clinic and community settings.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients with diverse needs, including neurological disorders, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and more.Provide assessments, equipment recommendations, and evidence-based interventions tailored to maximise function and social engagement.Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, promoting active decision-making and empowerment.Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to NDIS reporting, and uphold the highest professional standards.Participate in professional development and team growth initiatives.What We're Looking For A motivated and empathetic Occupational Therapist with a passion for paediatric care.Strong skills in assessment, planning, and therapy delivery for children with a variety of conditions.Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.Why Join Us?
