Occupational Therapist Opportunity – Gladstone, QLD Are you a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist seeking an exciting career opportunity in a supportive and collaborative environment?
We're recruiting for a well-established organisation with multiple clinics across Australia, currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team in Gladstone.
About the Role This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload.
During your first 4 to 6 months, you will be working with a mixed caseload, but if you have a particular interest in pediatrics, you'll have the option to switch to a pediatric-focused caseload after this initial period.
What You'll Be Doing Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients of all ages and needs.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored therapy plans.Conduct client assessments, implement interventions, and provide ongoing support to help enhance their quality of life.About You We're looking for enthusiastic and client-focused, independent professionals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to making a difference.
Essential Criteria: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.Candidates who have completed the desktop assessment (Stage 1) and passed an English language test will be given priority.International applicants are encouraged to apply—visa sponsorship and professional supervision will be provided, if required.Desirable Qualities: A strong passion for helping others and achieving positive outcomes.An interest in or experience working with mixed caseloads.Why This Role?
