Job DescriptionYou will be further developing your knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist to support children and adults with a variety of presentations. As a NDIS registered provider we support clients with motor skills, ADL's, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders. Your caseload is varied, and the support is thorough, even work in or learn skills in home modifications and prescriptions.
Be supported by your Clinical Supervisor who will assist you in developing your skills further through monthly one on one supervisionQuarterly professional development with our team of Occupational Therapists across the organisation.Monthly coaching from our Clinic mentors every month to help you achieve your career goals.Work from a modern clinic with the best resources, with some community work - the best of both worlds.Allocated buddy to support you through your induction and beyond.The opportunity to observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions.Access to our extensive online Learning and training library.Rest assured knowing that you will receive ongoing and consistent supervision, training and support from our team of Occupational Therapists as well as the broader allied health team.
