All Kids and Family on the Central Coast is seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist full time, to work across our Umina Beach and Avoca Beach clinics on the stunning Central Coast of NSW. You will join a well-established, dynamic and supportive OT team.
Our Focus All Kids and Family is an established multi-disciplinary practice with a great local reputation. We are a busy practice bursting at the seams with referrals and are seeking committed therapists to join our tight-knit team. We highly value team members with the desired skill set, cultural fit, and flexible mindset. The Opportunity All Kids and Family is a child-centred practice, however, we do work with all age groups. There are plenty of opportunities to develop your own niche in this group practice, also working alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Educational Specialists, Therapy Assistants, Dieticians, and Physiotherapists.
The successful applicant will be provided with administration support including full-time reception, electronic filing systems, and an online booking system. You will also work in a recently upgraded OT-friendly space and a flexible and supportive environment.
Minimum Requirements Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA certification and dedication to maintaining CPD 2+ years of Occupational Therapy experience Right to Work in Australia Working with Children Check (Paid Work) National Police Check Early Childhood Early Intervention experience Ability to operate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing Demonstrated understanding of the issues related to clinical practice in a community setting. Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and apply clinical reasoning in a paediatric setting. Demonstrated ability to apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations. An understanding of NDIS funding and client caseload from a private-practice perspective.
