Role Overview:
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, predominantly focusing on pediatric clients presenting with neurodiverse conditions such as autism, developmental delay and ADHD. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support a small caseload of adults presenting with psychosocial disabilities, including depression, anxiety, personality disorder, and schizophrenia.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide intervention services to clients across the lifespan. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support for clients. Empower individuals to achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current registration with AHPRA Experience working with pediatric and adult populations Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team An approach to healthcare that prioritises the individual's needs and preferences
