Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical care, advice and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant's conditions and clinical needs. Continually evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency and quality and modify plans appropriately. Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and to develop and offer best care, ensuring that participant care is integrated and effective. Communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding, and that their needs and views are included in treatment, care plans and actions. St.Giles requires the following from you: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy. AHPRA registration, or a willingness to attain it. Willingness to undertake intrastate travel to deliver services in other locations, and some outside normal hours work, as need arises. Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable. Current (no older than 3 months) or ability to apply for National Police Check. Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check. What we offer: Community focused employer.
