Life Live it! Occupational Therapy is an established home visiting practice in WA that specializes in adult and aged care rehabilitation, home modifications, and equipment prescription. We service the Southwest and Great Southern Regions of WA and Perth Metropolitan and Outer Metropolitan Area. We have offices in Bunbury, Albany, and Perth (Mount Hawthorn).
We service a diverse range of adult client groups including Veterans, aged care package, and other private recipients.
The Role We are seeking therapists to join our team to provide services to our Southwest clients. We offer a drive-in drive-out arrangement to Bunbury from Perth if preferred (with a mix of Southwest and Perth clients).
The business will consider applicants seeking full-time or part-time employment. Your role within our organization will involve assessment of clients, providing interventions in the form of home modifications, equipment prescription, and rehabilitation. Liaison with other health professionals, key stakeholders, support staff, and families is another important aspect of the role.
You will be part of a highly functioning clinical and administrative team. While being able to work and communicate effectively within a team, you will also be able to work autonomously. You will have strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills. Practical experience in home modifications, equipment prescription, and/or the rehabilitation process is desirable.
Role requirements: AHPRA registration with nil conditions or restrictions Current Drivers Licence with reliable vehicle and insurance One-on-one support from senior therapists and fellow work colleagues is regularly available and can be allocated as required on a 1:1 basis. Regular Professional Development sessions on us, these are a mix of in-house, external providers, and paid external events! Enjoy a varied caseload. Your clinical work will be supported by advanced digital software platforms and our skilled administration team. Tools of trade include mobile phone, Surface, and a Uniform. Rostered day off every six weeks for full-time therapists Early finish Fridays!
