About the role Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a casual basis. In this fast-paced and varied environment, you will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate clinical care in collaboration with patients/families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and health outcomes.Incorporate the provision of education and support to patients and their carers/families for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, discharge plans, or end-of-life needs.Commit to an ongoing learning and professional development portfolio to ensure case mix requirements are supported and registration requirements are met.Maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.Have a minimum of 1 year experience.Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and clinical reasoning in occupational therapy with experience and competency in geriatrics, general medical, post-general surgical, and neurological areas.Exhibit excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.Why Healthscope?
