About the Position Provide high-quality, ethical and safe occupational therapy services across the lifespan. Assess and collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way. Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enable increased safety, independence or quality of life. Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goals attainment. Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes. Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery. Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals. Registration with AHPRA. NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain. Working with Children Check, or an ability to obtain. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain). Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain) Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
