We are proudly partnering with one of Australia's leading community NDIS services, who have grown exponentially over the last few years. They are renowned for offering fantastic training and support, and highly rewarding careers. As they continue to grow, they are looking for additional Community OTs where you'll be allocated a caseload in your catchment area with flexibility to work across community, in their Bendigo office and from home.
Being one of the market leaders, there is also scope to look at caseload specialisations, otherwise a broad and diverse NDIS caseload will be offered.
Key areas of the role are:Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals.Conducting home and community assessments, making home modification and assistive technology recommendations.Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans.Participating in individual and group-wide professional development initiatives.There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career, with a service model that provides you the scope to take on Senior duties if you're more experienced, or receive all the mentoring you need if you're early career.
The successful candidate will have:Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights.Ideally 6-12 + months post-graduate experience (salary can be adjusted for new grads).Strong passion for working with NDIS participants.Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$95k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work-life balance, plus your choice of full-time or part-time.
