About the Role:We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary service provider in Ballarat. Join an expanding team and provide support to NDIS and My Aged Care participants in Ballarat and the surrounding areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and for My Aged Care clientsDiagnosing, treating and preventing speech and language disorders guided by evidence-based practiceExperience in swallowing disorders and analysis preferredMaintain detailed records relating to client conditions, support plans, therapies and progressCreating clear and concise treatment and therapy plans to suit the individual needs of a diverse range of client ages and demographicsRecognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of clientsBenefits: Up to $100K + superCompany laptop and phoneFlexible working arrangementsProfessional Development and clinical supervisionWorking as part of a multidisciplinary and expanding teamAbout You: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar roleBachelor or Master of Occupational TherapyFull AHPRA registrationCurrent Driver's LicenseValid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)Pro-active attitude, and ability to use initiativeAbout Us:MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
