We currently have a Fixed Term Full Time appointment up to 12 months. Fixed Term appointment has the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
What is our Occupational Therapist role? This role plans and implements individual and group treatment programs related to the special needs of patients at the State Forensic Mental Health Service (SFMHS) including the Inpatient and Rehabilitation programs.
SFMHS in Western Australia provides a range of evidenced based interventions and treatments to clients with complex and challenging behaviours, risks and presentations. The multidisciplinary service works in partnership with The Department of Justice, Department of Attorney General and other health providers.
